Being established in 1975, super studio Foot Ball Team, Malappuram, started playing in height-weight measurement- bare-foot local tournaments. Later it entered in to mini collection tournaments. In 1981-82 the team got selection to a major tournament at Cherpalassery. Later the team got selected to many All –India foot ball tournaments in Kerala- the Valapattanam A.K. Kunhimayinhaji Trophy Tournament. In 1989, the team became winners of the same tournament with golden Trophy. The team again became winners in the first floodlight tournament at Valapattanam in 1998.
Mr. Super Ashraf, the founder and manager of the team played as stopper back for many years. The team has become winners and runners-up in many tournaments at different parts of the state for the last 35 years. The team has large number of foot ball fans in the area. Started with some local players, the team has many national and international players now. The manager Mr. Mohammed Ashraf Bava is the general convener of KSFA and general secretary of managers association.
